Items we do not accept
Help keep PinoyBuyNSell safe. The following items and services must not be listed, auctioned, or requested through our USA shopping service.

Illegal, stolen, or counterfeit goods
Stolen property, counterfeit or replica branded goods, pirated media/software, and items you have no right to sell.
Weapons and explosives
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, weapon parts, and weapons marketed to injure people.
Drugs and regulated substances
Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, prescription medicines, controlled substances, alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products.
Hazardous and unsafe products
Toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, dangerous waste, recalled products, and items known to be unsafe. Do not conceal damage that makes an item dangerous.
Personal data and access credentials
Government IDs, passports, personal records, financial information, passwords, hacked accounts, access tokens, and stolen digital accounts.
Adult, abusive, or exploitative content
Pornographic goods, sexual services, exploitation materials, and items promoting abuse, hate, or violence.
Animals, protected wildlife, and human remains
Live animals, protected plants or wildlife, products made from endangered species, human organs, body parts, and remains.
Fraudulent or unauthorized financial offers
Fake documents, counterfeit currency, payment cards, money-laundering offers, illegal gambling services, and deceptive investment or get-rich-quick schemes.
Seller responsibilities
Only list goods you own or are authorized to sell. Describe the item honestly, including defects, and use accurate photos. Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and courier restrictions. An item not named above is not automatically permitted.
Review and removal
Administrators may remove prohibited listings. Confirming the policy does not certify that an item is allowed, and ID approval does not approve a listing. If you are unsure, ask support before listing.
Report a prohibited listing
Open the “Need help?” support popup, select Support team, and send the listing link and your concern. Do not send private IDs or payment information.
